Introducing Trifactor's Sporting Practice, the fitness programme that not only helps you reach your health and fitness goals, but also provides you with a supportive community to help you along the way. With Sporting Practice, you can set and track your goals, get personalized advice and support, and connect with other like-minded individuals.
TriFactor wishes to use these events as occasions to bring communities together, to celebrate our shared humanity, based on education, practice, cameraderie in community and respect for universal ethical principles of sportsmanship. Blending sport with culture and education, while placing emphasis on a balanced will and mind, through practice, resilience and progressive milestones.
Competition is groomed in a fun and intimate way, to encourage competitors to strive for each one’s personal bests, while running alongside and keeping one another accountable.
Studies have shown that sports is the fast way to unite people, TriFactor is on a mission to bring a sense of healthy competition and play back into communities, through charities and sustainability goals.

SOCIAL COMMUNITY EVENTS
TriFactor Lite and TriFactor Kids programme throughout Southeast Asia serves to engage local communities in a fun and interactive manner. TriFactor also conducts the Meaningful Sunday Pilot programme with Avatar, happening at Ten Square.

CHARITY
TriFactor often gives back to the community by taking part in charity work as much as we can. We donate shoes to children in need in the Philippines every year and conduct charity runs with charity organisations such as Reach Community Service, Agape, and Prison Fellowship Singapore.

SUSTAINABILITY EVENTS
We are the organisers of the Great Green Run, a run focusing on raising awareness on sustainability. Trifactor also organises Mangrove Board Walk excursions at Pasir Ris Mangrove and various beach cleaning events. We are also working with trusted leader in nutrition, Herbalife, to organise the Herbalife Simply Recycle Challenge 2023.
TriFactor is more than just swimming, cycling, and running races in Asia. It is bringing together people who share the same love and passion for the sport of triathlon.
